Status is asked of a person
The manager spends the day answering 'where is my order' and 'when is the payment'.
A white-label interface over CRM, ERP, e-documents, Service Desk, WMS and banks. The external party gets one portal and an AI assistant while internal systems stay untouched.
The portal copies no internal systems. It shows a permitted data slice for a specific external role and acts through connections.
Workarounds
Customers write the manager, suppliers send emails, contractors call. Internal systems are off-limits to them — rightly so — but the exchange turns into manual work.
The manager spends the day answering 'where is my order' and 'when is the payment'.
Versions get lost; signed files sit in personal folders.
Each role gets its own solution with its own sign-in.
Granting access to CRM or ERP is impossible, yet things must be shown.
The external front
HummerPortal is a universal white-label portal. Audiences are added as spaces, branding is set in the studio, identity is handled by HummerAuth.
Three portals
Each space launches separately and doesn't get in the others' way.
Orders, statuses, invoices and closing documents. An agent handles the customer's question; a complex case goes to the manager with context.
Order confirmation, document upload, acceptance and payment status. Data comes from the ERP and the bank; changes go back.
Tasks, deadlines, delivery and signing acts via e-documents. Access is granted for the contract's term.
The portal builder
A builder for the external portal: audiences, data, actions and branding.
Spaces for each external role.
Orders, stages and current statuses.
Documents, versions and signing.
External parties' requests and tickets.
Invoices, payments and reconciliation.
Joint tasks with the internal team.
Answers and document preparation.
Brand, domain and tone of voice.
Access on behalf of the counterparty organization.
Internal systems
The portal keeps no copy of orders and documents. It shows a permitted slice and passes actions to the source systems.
An external party never enters an internal system. They work with a permitted slice, and the change executes on the organization's behalf.
The portal assistant
Integration depth differs — and the page says so plainly.
The portal assistant answers within a specific external role's data: it knows this counterparty's orders and sees no others.
The organization can plug in its own agent or a third-party provider for external communications via the AI Gateway, limited by space.
Routing goes through the AI Gateway, permissions through Hummer Trust. Setup takes extra work, and access to context and actions is limited by the organization's policies.

OpenExternal access
Identity, connections, permissions, confirmations and deployment — the ecosystem's shared mechanisms applied to this product.
An external party signs in with their own HummerID and gets a role in the counterparty organization. Their personal context stays inaccessible to your company.
The portal uses the organization's connections. No separate credentials are created for external parties.
The owner sees the list of connections, scopes and terms, can narrow the data volume and revoke access in one click.
Connection Vault in FabricAn external party sees derived data, not the system.
Access is granted for the contract's term and revoked automatically.
Permissions belong to the organization, not to a specific person.
Every action in the portal is recorded separately.
