Will it get access to customer accounts and transactions?
No, and it’s worth knowing before the first meeting. Balance, statement, payment status and any personal information about a customer live in core banking and online banking — it has no access there. It answers from policies, tariffs and the bank’s rules, and hands a human everything that touches those boundaries, with the conversation already collected.
Where does the system physically run?
On your own server, inside your own perimeter. This is not a cloud service with a promise that “we don’t look”: the product ships as a tarball and runs as a systemd service on your hardware or in your virtualization. Customer conversations never leave the bank’s perimeter, because there is nothing for them to leave through.
And the model? It thinks somewhere too.
You connect the model, and you choose which one. A local model inside your perimeter, your own access to an outside provider, or a separate perimeter for non-sensitive work. Until a model is connected, the AI employee stays silent: the thinking happens in the model, not on our server. We don’t resell other people’s models and we don’t charge for them.
What about access control and audit?
The Enterprise plan includes SAML, LDAP and SCIM, row-level security, extended audit and mandatory approval for actions, plus isolated mode. The full contents of the plan are on the pricing page: they come from billing, not from this page.
Does it connect to core banking and online banking?
Not by default. The main scenario needs no access to banking systems at all: the first line answers from documents, not from accounts. If something does have to be read out of your systems, that is a separate integration, built for your perimeter and agreed together with the scope of delivery.
What does it cost?
Enterprise is quoted on request: there is no figure on this page or in the price list, because the scope is priced for your perimeter and your volume. We name the price before any talk of a contract, not at the third meeting. The free Community version installs inside your perimeter without a single payment — enough to see how the product is built.
Won’t it start inventing answers?
It answers from the documents you loaded and names where the answer came from — you can open it and check. If the answer isn’t in the documents, it says so and hands over to a human. That isn’t a philosophy, it’s the default behavior: it has nothing to say beyond what you loaded into it.
We have to buy from the national software register. Are you on it?
Not yet — the application is filed. We say so up front, because for a bank required to buy domestic software this is the deciding fact, not a detail. Help with the procurement paperwork is included in the plan.
Which channels does it answer in?
Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX, email, the website widget and voice over SIP — in one inbox, with one and the same wording. The customer writes wherever it suits them, and the bank answers the same everywhere.
Can we see it before procurement starts?
Yes. The live demo is open without signup; login and password are below. Your own policies aren’t in it — but you can see how it answers from loaded documents, and how it says “I don’t have that” instead of inventing something.
