How does it know which dates are free?

It looks at your working calendar before every answer — the same one open on your phone. A taken day it calls taken: it has nothing to invent free slots from.

Will it put the shoot into my calendar itself?

Yes. Your calendar and shoot log connect in the dashboard — YCLIENTS, Altegio, Arnica or your own calendar: it sees the booked days and won’t offer them, and it puts the agreed date back in the same place. The quote and the prep sheet go out as a file in the same chat.

What exactly comes as a file?

A table: the quote lines, hours, locations, travel, retouching and the delivery date. It is a real file in the chat, not text in a message — the client forwards it to their family and opens it anywhere.

Where does it get the prices and what is in a package?

You upload your terms once: packages, hours, delivery dates, extras. It answers and works figures out from them and adds nothing of its own: if the data is not there, it says so.

Does it answer where people write to me?

Yes. Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX and Avito are included in the “Personal Assistant” plan. All conversations come together in one window — you don't need five apps open.
