Will it answer on behalf of the agency?
No, and that is the main thing to understand before you deploy. An AI employee’s answer is guidance from your own regulations, not an official response from the agency. By law the case is registered in your document management system and decided by a person within the statutory deadline. What it takes off you is the flow of general questions: checklists, how to file, office hours, deadlines.
Will applicants’ personal data end up in a cloud?
No — there is nowhere for it to go. The product installs on your own server, inside your perimeter: a tarball and a systemd service, no containers and no requirement to reach the outside. Conversations never leave the perimeter, because there is nothing for them to leave through.
Our segment has no internet. Does this work?
Yes, provided the model sits inside as well. In isolated mode the product makes no outbound calls at all. If an outside model is acceptable to you, that is your choice, not our requirement: you connect the model.
Does it connect to the national eID and the inter-agency exchange?
Not by default, and the main scenario doesn’t need it: a general answer is built from regulations, not from an applicant’s data. Any link to your systems is a separate integration built for your perimeter, agreed together with the scope of delivery and your security team.
What about access control and audit?
The Enterprise plan includes SAML, LDAP and SCIM, row-level security, extended audit, mandatory approval for actions and isolated mode. Subordinate agencies are kept apart by multi-tenancy: each with its own documents.
Are you in the National Software Register?
Not yet — the application is filed. For domestic-only procurement this is the deciding fact, and we say so straight away, not at the third meeting. Help with the procurement paperwork is included in the plan.
Won’t it start inventing rules?
It answers from the documents you loaded and names the clause the answer came from. What isn’t in the documents, it says so and hands over to a human. That is default behavior, not a setting: it has nothing to say beyond what you loaded into it.
Which channels does it answer in?
Telegram, VK, MAX, email, the website widget and voice over SIP — in one inbox, with one wording. People write wherever it suits them, and the agency answers the same everywhere.
What does it cost?
Enterprise is quoted on request: there is no figure here or in the price list, because the scope is priced for your perimeter and your volume. The free Community version installs inside your perimeter without a single payment — enough to see how the product is built, before any procurement.
Can we see it before procurement starts?
Yes. The live demo is open without signup; login and password are below. Your regulations aren’t in it — but you can see how it answers from loaded documents, and how it says “I don’t have that”.
