Does it answer where clients write?
Yes. Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX and email are included in the Business plan. All conversations come together in one window — an operator does not have to keep five apps open and remember whose conversation is where.
Where does it get its answers from?
You upload once what your operators answer from anyway: the instructions, the returns and payment rules, the plan terms, the frequent questions. It answers from them and in your wording.
And what if the answer is not in the instructions?
It does not invent one. About the outside world — a firmware version, someone else's service, a known bug — it searches the internet and reads the page at a link, and hands over what it found with the link, so that you can check. About your money and your decisions — it hands over to a person.
What is the report it sends?
An ordinary table: the enquiry, the channel, the time, what it answered and what was left for a person. From it you see not “how many there were” but which instruction cannot be found.
What does “hands it to a person” mean? Is it a ticket?
This is better than a ticket. The agent tells the customer that a human will answer next, and says when; it collects whatever is missing; it pulls you into the same conversation. The chat, with its whole history, is already open in the shared inbox — nobody starts from scratch. A link to 1C and amoCRM is in the works: order status and the customer record will be pulled straight into the answer, and asking for the order number twice will stop being a thing.
And what if it answers a client wrongly?
It answers from your files rather than from guesswork, and what is not in them it says so. A poorly worded answer you correct in one place, and from the next message it is corrected everywhere at once.
So we can cut the number of operators?
We do not promise that: we have no figures about savings and will not invent any. It takes away the routine. People are left with the analysis, the disputed cases and the angry emails — the places where a person really is needed.
Where are the conversations with clients kept?
On your own server: Business installs inside your perimeter, and the emails with the correspondence never leave it. Support conversations hold order numbers, sums and personal data — that is usually the deciding argument.
What is needed to get started?
Your own server or a virtual machine and PostgreSQL — no Docker needed. The first step in the interface is to connect a model: nothing works without it. Then the instructions and the channels, all in a browser.
What does it cost?
RUB 19,900 per month per instance or RUB 199,000 per year. Your channels, your instructions, your server.
Can I see it before paying?
There is a demo sandbox with no sign-up — login and password below, ask it about anything. This plan has no trial period: it installs on your own server. The free Community edition installs there too — it shows how the product works without a single payment.
