We have twenty shops. Does each of them need an assistant?
No. The channels are connected to the chain as a whole: one Telegram, one WhatsApp number, a VK community, MAX, Avito and email. The buyer does not care where they write — they ask about their own shop and get an answer about it. One assistant answers, and that is exactly why the answer is the same everywhere.
Where does it get the chain's rules?
You upload the procedures once: returns, exchanges, warranty, current promotions, shop addresses and hours. Change a rule and you change it in one place, and from the next minute every channel answers by it. There is no going round the shifts with an announcement.
What is this digest by shop and where does it arrive?
A table — CSV or XLSX — as an attachment into the same chat where you asked for it: shop, channel, topic of the question, what the assistant answered. For a day, for a week, for one shop — whatever you ask for. From it you can see what is asked most often and which rule the procedures are missing.
Will it show sales, stock and a revenue summary?
Warehouse balances — yes, if accounting is connected: RetailCRM, MoySklad, InSales or 1C:Enterprise. Then he says how much of what is in which store and warehouse, — on this is the scene above. There is no revenue and cash register —: he does not touch money and does not go to the cash register program, and we will not promise this.
Does it write anything into our accounting program?
No. It creates nothing in other people's systems and carries nothing across into them. Everything stays in the conversation: you can see who asked, what was answered and what was agreed.
Will a newcomer on the floor still answer their own way?
The buyer is answered by the assistant, and answered first — within a minute, not “when the shift is free”. And the salesperson asks it in the work app — the same one on their phone — and gets exactly the answer the buyer will get.
Why your own server rather than the cloud?
Because this is the chain's correspondence with buyers and your working rules. This plan installs inside your perimeter: the data stays with you, and you decide who has access to it. We have cloud plans too and they cost less, but then the correspondence lives with us — an answer the chain's lawyer is not usually happy with.
What is needed to install it and get it going?
Your own server or a virtual machine and PostgreSQL — no Docker needed, it installs with a single command. Then the first step is to connect a model: until it is connected the assistant answers no messages at all. Everything else is set up in the web interface: the chain's rules, the channels and the assistant itself.
Why would a chain need several AI employees?
10 AI employee seats — and that is headroom, not an obligation. You split them by the job: one answers buyers, another your sellers and managers, a third takes a separate area. Shared rules stay shared; their own materials stay their own.
What does it cost?
RUB 19,900 per month per instance or RUB 199,000 per year — for the whole chain, not for each shop. Inside are the AI-employee seats, your channels and your server.
Can I see it before paying?
There is a demo sandbox with no sign-up — login and password below, ask it about anything. This plan has no trial period: it installs on your own server. The free Community edition installs there too — it shows how the product works without a single payment.
