AI EMPLOYEE · FOR HEALTHCARE GROUPS

Three front desks, three different answers.
One rule across the entire group.

How to prepare for a scan, which documents, addresses and hours — one answer for the whole group, not three different ones from three front desks. Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX, email and voice in one inbox. Installed on your own server: patient conversations never leave the perimeter.

It never looks in the EHR and never gives medical advice. Doctors’ schedules, appointment slots and patient data live in your clinical system, and it has no access there. It answers the practical side — how to prepare, what to bring, where to come — and passes a medical question to a doctor.

What a day at the front desk looks like

08:30
the morning rush, the line is busy
12:10
“how do I prepare for the test”
18:40
the branch closed, the questions didn’t
22:00
they write at night, they’ll hear back in the morning

A patient calls one branch, then another, then writes to the community forum — and gets three different answers about preparing for a scan. It isn’t the front desk’s fault: each has its own notes and its own memory. The discrepancy shows up not in a chat, but in a review.

The patient doesn't know which branch to go to

The patient rings round the branches

At one they say “we don't do that here”, at the second nobody picks up. Where to go the person works out on their own.

With the agent

Names the right branch and the address

It looks up where that test is done and answers with the address, the entrance and the hours of exactly that branch. The same in any channel.

Today

Went to the wrong branch — and the day is lost

The patient drives across town to a branch that has no such room. The receptionist, who answered as best she could, is left to blame.

With the agent

Sorts people to the right branch before they travel

It answers by the group's rules, and hands the person, together with the chat, to the reception of exactly the branch they need.

One day of appointments that never happened costs more than a year of an AI employee

A day of appointments that never happened

Sample arithmetic: 40 people a day who never made it to any branch because they couldn’t get through or got different answers; an average appointment of 2 500 ₽. Run it on your own numbers.

The Enterprise plan: the scope is priced for your perimeter and your volume, so there is no figure here or in the price list.

The number of branches doesn’t change the price

Put five front desks on it or forty — that’s a question of scope, not a separate price for each.

Three works — and one concerns the patient

The registry is in plain sight, which is why it is considered the only pain. The holding does the other two internally: it recruits doctors and keeps the documents of its branches in the same edition. Neither one nor the other requires access to MIS — and is therefore possible.

1Single answer

Three registries — three different answers

The patient calls the branches in a circle and hears something new about preparation for the study every time.

One memo for all branches; The appointment, the doctor’s schedule and the card remain with the receptionist and the doctor.

Branches have three versions of the memo on disk

Someone printed out last year's — and the patient came prepared differently than he needed today.

Perimeter and access

Inside your own perimeter, on your own hardware

Patient conversations are as sensitive as data gets, and a group has no reason to move them into somebody else’s cloud. The product ships as a tarball and runs as a systemd service on your own server; it never reaches out unless you allow it, and in isolated mode it makes no outbound calls at all.

  • Your serverInstalled from a tarball, run as a systemd service. You apply updates yourself, when you decide to.
  • Multi-tenancyThe branches are kept apart: each with its own prep sheets, addresses and quirks.
  • SAML, LDAP, SCIMAccounts from your own directory, not a second list of logins on the side.
  • Audit and approvalExtended audit, mandatory approval for actions, row-level security.
  • The model is yoursLocal inside your perimeter, or your own access to an outside one. We don’t resell other people’s models.
  • National Software RegisterNot yet — the application is filed. We say so up front.
  • Installs on Linux — a tarball and systemd, updated with one command
  • Conversations and documents stay with you and never leave
  • Runs on a local model — it can work with no internet at all

Questions

Will it get access to medical records?

No. Doctors’ schedules, appointment slots, results and any information about a patient live in the EHR — it has no access there. It answers from the group’s rules and prep sheets and hands the person to the front desk. That isn’t a setting, it’s how it’s built: there is simply nowhere for it to look.

Will it give medical advice?

No, and that is a line we will not cross. It doesn’t diagnose, doesn’t interpret results and doesn’t recommend treatment. Everything it says is practical: how to prepare, what to bring, where to come, how to get your documents. A medical question goes to a doctor.

Where are patient conversations physically stored?

On your own server, inside your perimeter. The product ships as a tarball and runs as a systemd service — no containers and no requirement to reach the outside. Conversations never leave the group’s perimeter, because there is nothing for them to leave through.

Does it connect to national health records, the regional system or our own EHR?

Not by default, and the main scenario doesn’t need it: a practical answer is built from prep sheets, not from a clinical system. Any link to your systems is a separate integration built for your perimeter, agreed together with the scope of delivery and your security team.

Our branches have different terms. What then?

The group’s shared rules are one document, while a branch’s specifics are loaded separately: address, hours, what is actually done there. The answer takes them into account. Discrepancies appear wherever the answer lives in a shift’s memory instead of a document.

What about access control and audit?

The Enterprise plan includes SAML, LDAP and SCIM, row-level security, extended audit, mandatory approval for actions and isolated mode. Branches are kept apart by multi-tenancy: each with its own documents.

And the model?

You connect the model and you choose it: a local one inside your own perimeter, or your own access to an outside one. Until a model is connected the AI employee stays silent — the thinking happens in the model, not on our server. We don’t resell other people’s models and we don’t charge for them.

What does it cost?

Enterprise is quoted on request: there is no figure here or in the price list, because the scope is priced for your perimeter and your volume. The free Community version installs inside your perimeter without a single payment — it shows you how the product is built.

Can we see it before we buy?

Yes. The live demo is open without signup; login and password are below. Your prep sheets aren’t in it — but you can see how it answers from loaded documents, and how honestly it says it doesn’t have that.

Don't take our word for it — check for yourself

This page is about one industry. Everything about the whole product — how it works, pricing, channels and security — on the home page.

The same AI employee — and for others at your scale

Same mechanics, different reasons: a smaller clinic network keeps its branches straight, a government agency holds to a statutory deadline, a national retailer aligns the answer across hundreds of stores.
