AI EMPLOYEE · FOR A UNIVERSITY AND AN EDUCATION GROUP

In July, one question gets asked hundreds of times.
Everyone gets the list as a file.

Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX and email. Answers from your admission rules, sends the document checklist as a file and checks anything disputed on the university's site. Round the clock, July included. On your own server: correspondence with applicants never leaves the perimeter.

What an admissions campaign looks like from the inside

09:40
the first day of admissions
13:00
a queue at the desk and the phone
19:20
the office is closed
23:10
a different time zone

In July they ask the same things: deadlines, documents, last year's cut-off score. They are answered by the same member of staff who is taking documents in person — and on different programmes everyone answers as they have understood it. The discrepancy surfaces not in July but in a complaint in August.

One applicant left unanswered costs more than a month of the agent

Left for the university next door

A year of tuition on one place. July decides where a person spends the next four years, and they expect an answer that same evening.

An agent inside your perimeter

The Enterprise plan: the scope is priced for your perimeter and your volume, so there is no figure here or in the price list.

Compare that with the budget of one admissions campaign

It has to be worked out on your numbers: the price depends on the perimeter and the volume, and we name it before any talk of a contract, not at the third meeting.

Six jobs, not one

Reply — login only. Then he sends the list as a file and opens the reception page on your website. And in the remaining eleven months, he takes on something that the applicant does not see at all: collects debts on assignments, picks up the student’s academic trail and writes to those whose deadlines have passed. The university's educational systems are connected once — and then he reads them himself.

What was the cut-off score for a state-funded place?247 points for three subjects. The minimums are 39, 44, 40admission rules

What it does not do — a boundary, not a footnote

It does not accept documents.

A scan sent into the chat goes nowhere. The application is registered by the admissions office — the agent will say what is needed, where to bring it and by what hour, but it accepts nothing itself.

It does not admit anyone and does not work out the competition.

The ranking lists and the orders are yours. It will explain how the competition works under your rules, but it will not name a place in the list and will not judge anyone's chances.

He doesn’t know anything about the applicant.

Unified State Exam scores, application status and place on the competitive list live in the admissions committee system, and he does not have access to it. He will tell you where they are watching it and when the dean’s office is open. Moodle and EIOS — are already about those enrolled: he reads them, and only if you have connected them.

This is a screen of its own, not a footnote at the bottom: if an applicant decides they have submitted their documents through a chat, they will learn the truth on 26 July and lose a year.

Discuss a project

There is no figure here on purpose: Enterprise has none in the price list either — it is a plan on request, and it cannot be paid for in your account with one button. This plan has no trial period either: it installs on your own server. You can look before any talk of price in the demo sandbox — it is open without sign-up.

We are not yet in the Russian Software Register — the application has been filed. If your procurement is “domestic only”, you need to know that now, not at the third meeting.

Questions

What is the file it sends?

A table — CSV or XLSX: a line per document, original or copy, by what date, where to take it. It is put together from your rules for the programme that was asked about and goes out as an attachment straight into the conversation. An applicant does not have to copy the checklist out of a chat by hand.

Does it really go to the site?

Yes, and it needs none of your keys for that: search and reading a page by a link come in the package. It will open the admissions section on the university's site, read it and retell it — with the link, so that it can be checked. It does not watch the site: it looks when it is asked to.

Does it answer where applicants write?

Yes: Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, MAX and email. The university's VKontakte page and the admissions office's mailbox are the two main points of July, and both come together in one window along with the messengers.

Where does it get the admission rules?

You give it your documents once: the admission rules, the deadlines, the checklist, the minimum scores, previous years' cut-off scores, the terms for sponsored places, the rules for moving into halls. It answers only from them. What is not there it does not invent: it says outright that it has no such answer.

The rules change in the middle of the campaign. What then?

You edit them in one place — and it answers from the new version, and builds the file from the new version too. That is the whole point of a single source: today twelve people read a new version twelve different ways, and the discrepancy surfaces as a complaint in August.

Does it accept documents and admit students?

No, and we will not promise that. Submission, registering the application, the ranking lists and the admission orders stay with the admissions office. It will explain what is needed, where to bring it, by what hour and what happens if a document is missing — but it accepts nothing itself.

And what if they ask about themselves — my scores, my place in the list?

The applicant does not have — and he will not pretend to see it: Unified State Examination scores, application status and place on the competitive list live in the admissions committee system, he does not have access to it. He will tell you where they are watching it and what hours the dean’s office is open. The price of the fictitious answer here is — lost year. For an enrolled student, the picture is different: he reads the connected Moodle and EIOS and from them he will tell what was not passed and what is the next deadline.

We have three institutes with different rules. Will it mix them up?

The materials are given per programme, and the answer is about the programme that was named. If the person did not name one, the agent asks rather than guesses: “state-funded” means different numbers in different institutes.

Does it answer about halls of residence and the exam period too?

Yes, if you have given it those materials: the rules for moving in, what to bring, the deadlines, the exam timetable and the dean's office hours. The admissions campaign ends in August, the questions do not, and for the second half of the year the agent works for students.

Where are the conversations with applicants stored?

On your own server. This plan installs inside your perimeter, so the correspondence, the phone numbers and the names of applicants and students never leave it and never travel to someone else's cloud.

We only buy domestic software. Are you in the register?

Not yet: the application to join the Russian Software Register has been filed, but that is not yet clearance for “domestic only” procurement. We say this before any talk of price, not at the third meeting. Help with putting the procurement together is included in the plan.

How much does it cost and can we look at it beforehand?

The Enterprise plan is on request — there is no figure either on this page or in the price list: the make-up is worked out for your perimeter. The demo sandbox is open without sign-up, login and password below. The free Community edition installs inside your perimeter — it shows how the product works without a single payment.
